GUYS AND DOLLS BADMINTON GROUP 2011 TOURNAMENT

19 and 20 February 2011 from 9am to 5pm

ELIGIBILITY FOR STANDARD OF PLAY
The tournament has two categories, double or mixed, for different standards of play:
A, B+, B, B-, C. Please select the category appropriate for your standard of play when filling in the application form.
A
Players from Division 1 to County 1st and higher / advanced
B+
Players from Division 2 to Division 3 / upper intermediate
B
Players from Division 3 to Division 4 / intermediate
C+
Non- league player/ beginners

• All events in all categories will be played using feather shuttlecocks provided by the organizer
• All categories will be played using the new scoring system. (RPS)
•Everyone is welcomed: county, school, university club players or individuals
• All participants to register 40 minutes before the start of their event. All finals will be played on the day. The format of play and time table will be finalised after the closing date subject to number of entries.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entries, amend, change, amalgamate, or cancel events/categories due to low or high entries.
• Self assessment for all participants will be respected but the organiser reserves the right to penalise the offending player/players with disqualification from the event if entered in-correct category. (no refunds)
• Notification of the score is the responsibility of the winning players
• Participants must be available to play when called 2 minutes warm-up after collection of game slip.
• Entry will only be accepted on first come bases accompanied with full payment.
• The tournament organiser’s decision is final.

Badminton4u is not liable for any loss or damages to property/properties or injuries to person or persons during the event.

1. Awards ceremony will be on the 1/8/2010 at 174a Goldhurst Terrace, London NW6 3HN

     Terms and Conditions:

1. Standard rules and regulations of the International Badminton Federation apply
2. We can accommodate a maximum of 48 players on a first come first served basis
3. Withdrawal of an entry and associated refund is at the discretion of the organizers
4. The organisers reserve the right to amend the tournament rules
5. Results and decisions by the organisers are final
